Event Booking Terms
We ask that you follow some rules to help our event run smoothly.
This event is a complimentary event. We offer an immediate family only photo session that must include your hero (police, military, fire, first responder). You may only book with one photographer of your choice and have one session annually with our event. We do not offer other session types with this event. Please do not bring your grandmother or aunt and uncles. This is for only you, your spouse/partner and your children if you have any. Additional or other types of sessions can be scheduled with your photographer will include the photographer's normal rates and terms.
Arrive Early
It's important you arrive a few minutes early for your session. Traffic can often slow us. Plan your route in advance. Prepare for any delays or route changes. Fill your car with gas in advance. Late arrivals may not get to shoot.
Happy Kids = Smiling Photos
We suggest making sure kids have been fed and rested. Ask your photographer for their favorite tips and tricks to help keep even your youngest kids in the best mood for your session. Photographers can't guarantee smiling kids, but we try!
Be Considerate!
No cancellations or reschedules! This event often fills up and we have to turn people away. Please only book if you are certain you can make your appointment. Please do not cancel or no show. No shows will not be allowed to book again.
Uniforms are cool!
You are welcome to wear your uniforms if you'd like but it's not a requirement. We do remove any identifying marks from uniforms before sharing images online for your privacy. Yes! You may include a flag or even your issued vehicle. Please check permissions from your departments first.

Only Book Once
You may only book with one photographer. We cannot support you to have sessions with multiple photographers. Please choose the photographer with the location nearest you.
